I first made this design to give to a friend how lost her baby son a few weeks after his born. As I watched her walk through those dark days a year following his death & witnessed the heartache the whole family was experiencing, Psalm 34:18 kept coming to mind. "The Lord is near to the Brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit."
Since that first hoop, I have sadly stitched this many more times for other friends who have also suffered heartbreaking loss. It is my prayer that this simple reminder that the Lord is Near and will Save the Crushed may bring you comfort.
This Complete Embroidery Kit has everything you need to create your own hoop, including:
* a premium 6 inch beechwood hoop (no flimsy bamboo hoop here!),
* 2 pieces of fabric, the Main Fabric & a 2nd layer of fabric for extra stability when stitching,
